We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our Māori Partnerships and Communities group based in Christchurch. As a vital member of our team, you will provide a mix of personal assistance and administrative support to the team on a range of functions. The key focus of this role is to ensure that the processes that support the team are highly efficient, effective, and organised to aid the team in their work.
You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including diary management, travel arrangements, project co-ordination and venue bookings. You will be solutions focused and able to quickly solve problems while always striving for continuous improvements in the way we do things. The scope of the role will require you to have a "no job is too big or too small" approach to the way you operate.
Annual remuneration for this position starts between $55,096 and $60,773 per annum dependent on experience, with progression annually for experience through tenure.

- Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture
