**The Role**:

- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with the day-to-day leadership and direction of the engineering team.
- Shift work

**Responsibilities**
- Team Leadership, ensure specifications, engineering compliance, and health and safety targets are met by following company procedures, policies, and professional standards.
- Planned Maintenance, perform tasks as needed to ensure all assets are functioning properly.
- Team Development, support the growth of team culture and achievement of goals.
- Continuous Improvement, evaluate and suggest ongoing enhancements to procedures and systems.

**The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes**:

- Independent worker capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant trade qualification with a sound knowledge of mechanical and engineering practices
- Demonstrated Leadership and relationship skills.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency
