**About the role**

This is a newly created opportunity for an intermediate-level Brand and Marketing Advisor, reporting to our Group Brand and Communications Manager.
- You will get involved in the design, development and implementation of branding and marketing campaigns and strategy.
- Working as an integral team member as well as autonomously, this role will see you build meaningful relationships and networks right across the business.
- This role will involve tracking of budgets and key initiatives to maximise gains and return on investment.
- There will be networking, there will be brainstorming, there will be liaison with internal teams and stakeholders
- You will work closely with external suppliers including photographers, videographers, designers, printers and agencies.

**About you**

You will be an intermediate level (3-5 years experience) brand and marketing professional, with experience in B2B and the services sector.

Potentially you have experience working in a large professional services firm, engineering, academic or government organisation, or a past assistant brand manager role. Or possibly, you come with agency or independent contracting experience, and are looking to make a move in-house.
- have experience with integrated brand marketing and communications campaigns across various channels, including social media, events, video and online platforms.
- be creative, with a passion for brand, for storytelling and connecting meaningfully with diverse audiences
- hold yourself accountable, with solid time and task management skills, and an affinity for tracking SEO and ROI - experience in Google Analytics would be advantageous.
- be a people person at heart, with ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with people of all different backgrounds and career levels.
- bring both practical and strategic skills - with capacity to look at the big picture perspective, as well as getting stuck in to scope, develop and deliver potential brand and marketing plans.
- thrive working within a complex and dynamic workplace environment.
- have an ability to prioritise, to ask questions, and at times have the difficult conversations that need to be had.
- have outstanding project management, written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- be a positive and collaborative team player, with a passion for people and making everyday better.
