As a Trade Point of Sale Team Member at Mitre10 MEGA Taupo you will have the opportunity to be involved in our Trade Drive-Thru and Timber yard and will be responsible for providing excellent service to our Trade and DIY customers. You will primarily be serving customers at the trade checkout, but you will also be rotating stock, filling shelves and other tasks as required.

For this position we are looking for someone who has:

- Enthusiasm and team spirit;
- A passion for customer service excellence;
- Good time management, initiative and keen to take ownership of tasks;
- A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible
- A lateral thinker who can identify solutions and be creative;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is a must; and
- Great communication skills.

As a part of our Check-Out team, you will often be the last Team Member to deliver the final impression our customers experience
- you will be the person who ensures our customers’ last experience with us is a positive one. For this full-time role previous retail experience and/or experience within the Trade industry will be viewed favourably. The hours are determined by a roster that will include weekend work. In this role you will report to the Trade Counter Supervisor.
