**Responsibilities**:

- **Support patients in their daily activities**
- **Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide tailored patient care**
- **Assist with documentation and observe patients**

**Requirements**:

- **Level 4 Certificate in Health and wellbeing (or equivalent)**
- **Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills**
- **Ability to remain calm and focused in challenging situations**
