**Job Description**:
**About The Role**

We are looking for a kick arse Planner Buyer to contribute to planning responsibilities in the account service team, developing media recommendations and plans that support the client brief, communication and channel strategy.

The role will manage smaller clients with limited supervision and work alongside our great Business Manager and Business Director on a portfolio of larger clients. They will share responsibility with the Business Manager for managing junior support.

Core Functions: Planning, Negotiation, Buying, Research and Analysis

**About You**
- 2.5-3.5 years’ experience in media agencies and qualified to work in NZ
- Strong understanding of media fundamentals and proven planning capability
- Digital understanding is a must, but you will not require on-hands tools experience as we have a team of specialists to support the team
- Confidence with use of media research and reporting resources as well as superstar pegasus capability and proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint )
- Good knowledge of the NZ media landscape
- Strong written, communication and presentation skills
- Problem solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail and proven analytical and mathematical skills
- Able to work successfully within a team, handling workload, and meeting deadlines under pressure
- Most importantly, you have a growth mindset, are curious, passionate, a great team player and enjoy a friendly, inclusive work culture
