**Warehouse Team Member - Grocery Department**

Gilmours Tauranga is a leading and well-established Wholesale Food & Beverage distribution company dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional service to our valued customers. As Warehouse Team Member you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that our customers have access to top-notch products and service.

**Working hours**:
Tuesday to Saturday: Tuesday to Friday 09:30 - 18:00 and Saturday 08:00 - 16:00

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and efficient assistance to customers and team members.
- Handle the opening, operating, and closing of the checkout when needed, ensuring all cash and card transactions are accurate.
- Move pallets, stock shelves, and keep everything organized and safe for our customers.
- Make sure stock levels are accurate, and goods are rotated properly.
- Work together with the team to keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are upheld at all times

**What we are looking for**:

- Prior experience in a similar role, food industry, or a warehousing environment is advantageous, but not essential.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy products.
- A forklift license and WMS/SAP/Fiori experience are advantageous, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to help others and think of customers in everything they do.
- Honest team player, integrity, and reliability are essential.
- Be accountable and driven to better their performance each day.
