**Overview**:
This role is to enhance the company’s marketing awareness, managing customer interactions, and ensuring AML compliance, regulatory requirements, by leveraging the power of digital media, social media, and multimedia technologies. This role will be creating and managing innovative multimedia content across digital platforms.

Reports to: Director
Working hours per week: 40 hours
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Create and Manage Multimedia Content**: Develop engaging multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive media for social media platforms, websites, and digital advertising campaigns.
- **Social Media Integration**:Design and implement multimedia content strategies for **social media platforms** (such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to increase brand presence, engage with customers, and drive conversions.
- **Manage Customer Interactions and Transactions**: Oversee and engage with customers on digital platforms, including monitoring transactions, inquiries, and service requests. Ensure smooth and responsive communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Compliance through Digital Platforms**: Work closely with the compliance and AML teams to ensure all digital communications and transactions comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and internal policies. Use multimedia platforms to inform customers of compliance requirements effectively.
- **Digital Marketing Campaigns and Performance Analysis**: Plan, design, and manage multimedia campaigns to increase marketing visibility and customer engagement. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to evaluate campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data, track transaction histories, and automate communications. Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards while maintaining a strong customer relationship.
- **Collaborate with Marketing and IT Teams**: Work with marketing and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of multimedia content across digital platforms. Contribute to website design, user experience (UX), and digital marketing strategy development.
- **Technology and Innovation**: Stay updated on emerging multimedia technologies and trends in social media integration, video production, and digital marketing. Use these tools to continuously improve the company’s marketing outreach.
- **Content Creation and Editing**:Produce, edit, and optimize multimedia content (such as promotional videos, blog posts, tutorials, and customer-facing presentations) to align with the company’s marketing objectives.
- **Regulatory and Industry Awareness**:Understand and keep updated on financial market regulations and ensure all multimedia content is aligned with legal requirements, especially regarding customer transactions and AML compliance.
**Qualification and Experience Requirements**:
- **Education**: A** Bachelor’s degree or above in Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Social Media Technology, Digital Marketing,**or related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of three years’ relevant work experience in digital media and multimedia content creation. Preferably experience in the financial market, foreign currency exchange, or a regulated industry involving customer management and compliance.
- **Skills and Expertise**:Proficiency in **multimedia design** **and production tools** such as **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, After Effects**, and other content creation software.
- Expertise in** digital platforms, social media marketing, and content management systems (CMS).**
- Experience with **customer relationship management (CRM)** platforms and **marketing automation tools.**
- Analytical mindset with experience using **Google Analytics**and social media metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, both in content creation and customer interactions, with the ability to engage audiences effectively
