**About the role**

This role works closely with the Facilities Team to support all activities including land, buildings, parks, reserves, playgrounds, pensioner housing, public conveniences, campgrounds, swimming pools and cemeteries. The role includes coordinating facilities projects and providing support to the Facilities Manager.

**Who we are looking for**

Ideally, you will possess:

- Strong time management skills and ability to manage a high workload.
- High level of communication and relationship management skills.
- Financial and budget management skills.
- Understanding of community facility management.
- A valid NZ Driver’s License.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in facilities management, contract management and/or maintenance management.
