Asbestos Labourer

While a ticket in both A & B removal would be ideal, we are looking to meet someone who wants to start within the industry with a commitment to working hard. You will be put through the training and qualifications.
This can be a physically demanding job, so you need to be willing to commit to challenges and completion of work schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Following company instructions and protocols.
- Complete comprehensive training.
- Prioritize and adhere to strict health and safety regulations to create a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Be prepared for physically demanding tasks associated with asbestos removal, including wearing fitted protective gear and working in various environments.

Qualifications:

- A and B tickets would be ideal.
- Full NZ class 1 drivers license.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of handling demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- The ability to work with respiratory equipment.
- A commitment to being clean-shaven due to Work-safe requirements for a secure respirator fit.

Applicants need to have NZ citizenship, residency, or a valid NZ work visa.

All applicants will undergo an ACC check, criminal history check, and a pre-employment drug test.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
