**Starting salary: $76,494 - $89,993 + superannuation**

**The role | Te tūnga**
This role is fixed term until November 2026 based in Auckland Reporting to the Manager - Experience & Development providing key advice and handling of quality assurance, survey respondent feedback and query management within Collection Operations.
This role would suit someone who can bring:
- Exceptional written communication and letter writing skills.
- The ability to interpret performance and experience insights to inform service improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience contributing to the design and documentation of QA processes that support consistency and clarity.
- A collaborative approach to working with internal stakeholders such as OCE, Legal/Privacy, and People & Culture to ensure alignment and shared outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building skills to support culture change and stakeholder engagement.
- A demonstrated willingness to upskill and grow your cultural capability.
- An understanding of the machinery of government and related processes and procedures.
