ANISHA FOODS LIMITED T/A APNA ADDA, Auckland, runs a fast-food chain in a food truck. We are a place that serves Classic Indian Gourmet Fast Food, prepared with passion and served with a smile. We are an exceptional team, and we are looking for like-minded people to join us now. We are on the Hunt for TWO Retail Assistants to join us.

**Your key Responsibilities include**:

- Greeted customers confidently and professionally before taking their orders, serving items, and cleaning away Utensil.
- Understanding all food and beverage items on the menu and being able to explain particular products to customers and offer personalised recommendations.
- determining customer requirements and advising on product range, price, delivery.
- Accepting payment for goods and services by a variety of payment methods and preparing sales invoices
- assisting with the ongoing management of stock, such as product inventories and participating in stocktakes
- stacking and displaying goods for sale and wrapping and packing goods sold
- Comply with the venue’s standards when producing and dispensing food and beverage products.
- Communicate any issues or incidents to management.
- Follow the policies, procedures, guidelines and manuals to ensure compliance, safety and profitability.
- Give assistance and support to other departments and/or colleagues when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated
- Presentation focused with a good eye for detail
- A quick learner who is proactive
- Basic English is required
- Basic Mathematical calculation is required to work on the cash counter
- Must be able to work across any shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to stand for long periods and capable of physical work
