Do you have you a heart for patient and whanau centred Palliative Care? Then the Palliative Medicine Registrar position with Te Whatu Ora| Health New Zealand. The Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua |MidCentral district, Arohanui Hospice may be the role for you

We are offering an excellent opportunity to fulfil your desire to train as a Palliative Medicine Specialist in a service which is integrated and focused on excellence.

We can provide all the necessary three years of advanced training either at FRACP or FAChPM level.

If you have passed FRACP part 1 and are ready for advanced training or if you have a pre-existing Fellowship in one of the following areas:

- General Practice
- Pain Medicine/Anaesthetics
- Medical Oncology
- Radiation Oncology

Then you are eligible for entry to advanced training under the Chapter of Palliative Medicine.

If successful you will be working in a strongly supportive environment, with a committed team of forward thinking clinicians in an great environment for integrated care.

MidCentral District requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including the first booster.
