We have a newly created position of Hautū Aratuku Head of Delivery to support us to do this, requiring collaboration with key stakeholders and continued alignment with strategy and OKRs, to deliver the right work at the right time.

A key part of your mahi will be to own and improve Z’s enterprise operating model, we call this our Z How. By aligning our strategic priorities and initiatives to resources, success will look like great outcomes being delivered right across our business.

**This role can be based in either **Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland or Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington.**

**You will have the opportunity to**
- Own and improve the Z How framework from end-to-end, including prioritisation and running key cadences, processes, and practices to ensure Z’s decision-making and resource allocation is effective and efficient
- Optimise the delivery approach for key initiatives, particularly Z’s strategy and large cross-functional pieces of work
- Flex your leadership capability, supporting growth, development and performance of your project managers and business partners
- Champion the consistency and quality of the evaluation of initiatives, ensuring the appropriate level of scoping, planning and resource requirements have occurred
- Provide transparency of the effectiveness of the operating model and identification and mapping of key dependencies for cross-functional initiatives

**What you’ll bring to Z**
- Demonstrated experience in building partnerships with leaders to drive alignment, co-create solutions, and craft compelling experiences
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Expert and adaptive communicator with strong leadership presence, connecting with individuals, teams, and leaders to align in purpose.
- Highly proficient in coaching and building capability in team members and leaders to mobilise and enable delivery
- Proven delivery in enabling large-scale transformation in complex environments, leveraging structure, process, and systems to orchestrate delivery in harmony with Ways of Working

The base salary range for this role is $191,250 to $225,000 per annum, plus 20% STI based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
