We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with public sector and Health industry experience to oversee an implementation work programme within a regulatory framework, aligning it with government priorities. Your responsibilities will encompass not only providing program management expertise but also serving as the liaison for guidance and advice to leadership and governance forums. You will be across all aspects of the program’s operational structure, oversee its constituent projects, and collaborate extensively to ensure effective implementation and quality assurance. Your leadership will ensure program alignment, on-time and budget delivery, and prompt escalation of resourcing risks.

To be successful in this role you will have;
- A tertiary qualification in a health or related field, coupled with equivalent experience in Gateway review, Better Business Case pathways and investment assurance.
- Demonstrated experience in program management methods and designing work programs and project planning to ensure on-time and budget delivery.
- Experience in drafting procurement documents and managing contracts
- Experience in working across complex transformation programmes of work that includes regulation and IT/digital
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively for desired outcomes.
- Political and Strategic insight: Deep understanding of complex environments and strategic communication in government.
