**BAKERY ASSISTANT**

As one of Palmerston North’s largest bakeries, we strive to offer our customers excellent service, and baked goods of a very high quality. Our bakery has an excellent reputation for our cakes, biscuits, slices, pastries, and our wide range of artisan breads.

We are currently looking for a Bakery Assistant to join our team. Tasks will include wrapping and packing bakery products such as breads, buns, biscuits, pies and cakes, as well as the merchandising of the products in the department in an attractive and highly presentable manner.

This is two Part Time roles offering 14 hours per week.

**You will need**:

- Excellent time management skills
- To effectively communicate with the team
- To be self motivated to succeed
- Cleanliness - and ability to comply with our food safety and health and safety programs
- Team player, but also able to work independently and follow instructions

**Hours are**:
Saturday 5am - 1.30pm / Monday 5am - 8aM/Friday 5am - 8am = 14hrs

Sunday 5am - 1.30pm / Monday 5am - 8aM/Friday 5am - 8am = 14hrs
