**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

Our Private Banking Family Office team is based in Auckland providing a seamless, integrated service to our clients, ensuring the continued growth and development of this region.

As a highly regarded and well-networked Private Banker your primary focus will be to develop and manage relationships with Ultra High-Net-Worth Private clients and referral sources. By truly partnering with your clients, you will be able to provide comprehensive wealth solutions that will meet their immediate and future complex banking needs.

We spoke with our Head of Private Bank Auckland & Family Office who let us know the following about the role:
**What are the key focus areas for this role?**
- Developing and managing complex relationships with Ultra High-Net-Worth clients.
- Leveraging your strong network, you will identify and acquire new clients to successfully manage and grow your portfolio.
- Maintaining a highly proactive, structured and well documented regular call cycle and frequent contact with all clients, prospects and advocates
- Assisting with development, coaching and mentoring of Senior Associates.

We are looking for an experienced banker with strong relationship management skills, ideally with experience in dealing with ultra high-net-worth individuals and their families.

You will also be open minded and inquisitive, with a game-changer attitude, excellent problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
