**Responsibilities**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions
- Reconcile entries and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and submit GST Returns
- Generate financial statements and reports for management
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
- Attending to any ad hoc tasks as and when required
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of Financial compliance and regulations
- Experience using Xero, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office Suite and google docs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality information
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desirable
