We are a Kids party entertainment company in our 17th year and pride ourselves on our quality entertainment and that always begins with great staff. We have an opening for a new Male host to join our fantastic team mainly as a superhero (Spiderman and Batman being the most popular), Ninja and Star Wars Master.

This role requires you to work independently for the majority of the time as many parties are solo hosted so you must be self organised, motivated and be able to bring the energy. Whilst no previous experience is required, if you have had experience working with children in any capacity or if you are amazing around children mainly 4-8yrs and have the maturity to know how to handle them then this role will suit you perfectly.

Knowing how to manage and supervise the children is vital in order to get the best out of them. This can also come with time and experience but ultimately our job as hosts is to engage, play and encourage so knowing how to supervise children is a great asset.

We have a few different characters that we would need you for and whilst this may sound daunting at first, once you know the structure of one, the others follow suit quite easily which is why our hosts can be Spiderman at his first party and a ninja at his next party. Being able to play different characters is also how you can earn more jobs as well :)

This is a weekend based role with parties Saturday and Sunday from 10-5pm, with sometimes 2 parties a day. Therefore if you have any other weekend work that can clash with these times then please let us know beforehand or do not apply.

We provide everything for you. You will receive what we call your party kit so all your costumes and everything you need to bring these parties to life. This leaves you to focus on bringing the energy

Each job pays $80 per party which is 1hr long. This can increase based on job performance. Within your fee you are required to travel up to a 30km radius from your location to a party. If for any reason we need you to drive further, then extra petrol money will be provided to cover you.

Due to the nature of our industry this is a casual role and you will be hired as an Independent Contractor as are all our hosts. This requires you to invoice us after your weekend work and also take care of your own tax obligations. We can help show you how to do this if this is new to you.

If you feel you can bring the magic and this type of job fits in with well around your Studies then please get in touch. Work can start straight away as we have parties lined up already. We will have you working alongside our experienced hosts to begin with until confident enough to fly solo.
