**Warehouse Manager**

**Position: Warehouse Manager**

**Location: Auckland, New Zealand**

**Employment Type: Full-time**

**Salary: $32-$35 per hour**

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Warehouse Operations Management**: Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- **Inventory Control**: determine and monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records by purchasing, and implement best practices for stock handling and storage.
- **Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination**: Manage inbound and outbound shipments, liaise with suppliers and transport providers, and optimize delivery schedules. You need to negotiate contracts with suppliers to meet quality standards by focussing on cost and delivery requirements.
- **Staff Supervision & Training**: Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with New Zealand’s workplace health and safety regulations, implementing safety measures and conducting regular inspections.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records and check for purchasing, storage and distribution transactions, generate reports, and provide insights on warehouse performance. You need to track the records for the supplies to re order and re stocking at optimal levels

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
