**SRM Limited** has liquor stores in Wellington, and the company is looking for two **Store Managers** who will be required to oversee both our stores - **Blackbull Liquor** and **Liquor Lords** and will be responsible for the following duties:

- Plan, manage, and control all aspects of store operations.
- Implement and manage the pricing strategies for all services offered.
- Execute promotional and marketing activities to boost sales and achieve targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences.
- Develop and implement procedures for customer service, operations, advertising, purchasing, and store layout improvements.
- Formulate strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Determine and maintain appropriate inventory levels and oversee the inventory management process.
- Hire, train, and supervise other staff members.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees; resolve any complaints or issues.
- Establish and maintain service standards to meet business requirements.
- Manage records, balance daily receipts and disbursements, and ensure the cash register balances at the end of each shift.
- Verify and audit invoices to correct errors and submit daily cash and sales records.
- Prepare banking updates and ensure financial records are up to date.
- Develop effective marketing strategies to ensure business profitability.
- Ensure compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and occupational health and safety regulations.

Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $29 to $33 per hour based on your skills and experience.

**Other Requirements**:

- Duty Manager’s certificate.
- You should be available to work on weekends.
- You should be available to work till 10 pm.
- You should be physically fit to stand for longer hours.
- You should be a team worker.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
