The Ultimate Care Group is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider. We offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 19 residential facilities throughout New Zealand.

Madison, a well-established Facility, has been part of the Levin community for over 20 years, which includes a hospital. Our central Courtyard enjoys all day sun and has a large aviary and well-manicured gardens.

We have a **permanent part time opportunity,** for an experienced Caregiver.

**The Role**:

- Permanent part time - rostered shifts am/ pm
- Providing a friendly and supportive service
- Personal cares
- Helping with general activities in daily living
- Housework
- The nature of this business requires 24 hour cover 7 days a week so weekend work will be required.

**About You**:

- Knowledge of the Health & Disability Sector Standards
- Experience in the Aged Care industry preferred
- Previous experience in delivery of care services
- Empathy and commitment to excellence in care of the elderly
- Possesses a can do attitude
- Honesty, reliability and integrity
