**Position Overview**:
Fresh West (2004) Limited is seeking two enthusiastic and motivated Nursery Persons to join our dedicated team. As a Nursery Person, you will assist with the growth, maintenance, and packing of premium capsicums. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in horticulture, with comprehensive on-the-job training provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planting, nurturing, and maintaining capsicum plants in the nursery.
- Water and care for capsicum plants, including managing pests and diseases.
- Monitor plant growth and ensure optimal health and productivity.
- Harvest capsicums and prepare them for sorting and packaging.
- Participate in sorting, grading, and packing capsicums for delivery.
- Operate and maintain nursery equipment, including irrigation systems and pruningtools.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Support general nursery operations, including stock rotation and seasonal planting.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a nursery or similar horticultural environment.
- A keen interest in horticulture and capsicum production.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves outdoor and manual work.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
