The Change Manager plays a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage through the development and implementation of change strategies within the FCTG Change Framework.

**About the role. Mō te Tūranga **#LI-LH1**
- Support and promote the change management framework, coaching and guiding the business
- Conducting readiness assessments
- Internal project communications
- Developing a set of Change Transition management plans
- Coordination of training plan activities

**About you. mo koe**
- Proven experience in executing, managing and promoting various change management strategies.
- Demonstrated high level skills in stakeholder management and developing trusted and enduring relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge and understanding of program and project management frameworks, approaches, tools and phases of the program/project lifecycle.
- Able to produce creative project communications, including management briefings, presentations, websites, newsletters/articles, videos
- Facilitation and presenting skills
