**About the Role**
**Skills and Attributes**
Being an integral member of our IT Team, you will have natural attention to detail and exceptional communication and documentation skills. You will be familiar with the Microsoft technology stack including Windows, Office 365 and Azure and be willing continue to upskill as technology changes occur.
- Experience providing IT Helpdesk Support including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
- Experience with Microsoft products including Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Configuration Manager, and backup systems
- Experience with setting up and managing desktop, laptop, and mobile devices
- Be extremely client focused with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Assist with implementing various IT projects and associated business change
- Build strong relationships across the business
- Be willing to continually develop and upskill and look for opportunities to improve our processes.
