We have a composting company seeking individuals to join their team for an immediate start at their Bromley based site. Our client collect and process over 100,000T of Canterbury's green waste and process it into high-grade compost for garden and farming projects.

In this role you will work in an advanced facility with a dedicated and fun team from a variety of backgrounds and each with a passion for green solutions.

**Daily tasks will include**:

- Shovel work
- Brooming
- Water blasting
- Litter control

Our client is looking for an individual who is seeking a long-term opportunity and wanting to learn new skills on heavy machinery - such as loaders, trucks and sweepers. You will therefore have the opportunity to progress through your licences and gain permanent employment.

**Job Specifics**:

- Pay Rate $22 per hour
- Monday to Friday 5am onwards
- 40+ hours per week
- Based in Bromley

**Job Requirements**:

- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Own reliable transport
- Proven work experience confirmed by two references.
