STRAWBERRIES ON SEDDON LIMITED in Hamilton is currently recruiting for the full-time role of an Orchard Supervisor to manage workers and orchard operations.

Minimum employment of at least 32 hours per week will be provided.

ROLE OBJECTIVES
- To monitor and motivate teams of workers and contractors to ensure work on the orchards is carried out in specification and efficiently
- general operational support to orchard
- Laying out and managing the planting of new orchard developments - including mulching,
- Observe and monitor plant health for signs of stress, disease or pest incursions
- Tractor, Chainsaw operations

You must have some (0-12 months) exposure/understanding/knowledge of crop/ planting/ orchard/ viticulture/ horticulture/ agriculture experience.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
