We are exclusively partnering with Breenhomes recruiting for an experienced individual who will lead the team of Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Sales team to deliver tailored building services to their valued clients in Central Otago.

**The position and its purpose**

This lucrative position for a Senior PM/Commercial Manager/Experienced Construction professional will report directly to the Managing Director with a team of reports including PM’s, QS’s and Sales Professionals.

Confident in providing leadership, direction and with the ability to oversee the allocation of resources for all Breenhomes Projects, you will lean on your experience to tailor your approach of developing effective strategies to deliver new build homes and refurbishments.

The role located in the beautiful area of Central Otago - Alexandra.

With Clyde just next door and Cromwell and Southern Lakes area not too far away, if you have ambitions of taking on this challenging position, consideration to those outside Alexandra are welcomed.

Central Otago caters to a number of backgrounds from adventurous opportunities ranging from biking, excursions, hikes, camping, water activities, skiing to those who prefer to relax in the most picturesque landscapes, with wineries a plenty.

Travel around key regions of NZ is required, predominantly around South Island NZ. A vehicle is provided with the role to compensate for travel requirements.

**Key Responsibilities, Desired Qualifications & Skills**

Breenhomes Manager role can be broken down to certain responsibilities, but not limited to Operational Management, Project Management, Leadership & Team Support and most importantly Health & Safety.
- Construction Related Senior Education (Bachelor of Construction - QS/PM/Engineering Or National Diploma QS)
- Broad Understanding of all areas of Construction (Financial Management, Administration, H&S)
- Excellent Communication Skills (Stakeholder Engagement, Business Development, Internal and External Relationships, Negotiation)
- Excellent Numeracy and analytical skills

- Salary range is up to $140,000 + Vehicle + tools of trade (phone/laptop)
