**ABOUT US**

Clever Core New Zealand is a purpose-designed offsite manufacturing facility based in Wiri. We are building a new generation of homes for New Zealand and want to be the number one supplier of panellised homes designed specifically for manufacture.

**WHAT WE DO**

We manufacture the walls and floors to go into residential homes to save time on site and create a safer and better-quality product. Our clients come to us for homes that can be built faster, more accurately and with less waste.

**THE JOB**

As an Assembly Technician at Clever Core you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the safe execution of crane lifts and material placements through management and communication with the crane driver and all on site.
- Assembling products in line with the planned schedule, specific quality guidelines and company Health and Safety policy and procedures.
- Safely achieving the desired quality and quantity of the manufactured product across the assembly shift
- Actively participating in continuous improvement activities across the site focused on Health and Safety and productivity improvement
- Working as a team
- Working safely at all times
- Assisting in the manufacturing plant when required

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this position you will need:

- Previous Rigging and Slinging experience in a manufacturing or construction environment would be an advantage
- Ability to achieve reporting deadlines
- Proven flexibility
- Strong communication skills
- Physically active
- Be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to deal positively with change
- Willingness to learn and develop

You will also need to:

- Be eligible to work and live in New Zealand
- Pass a Pre-Employment medical & Drug + Alcohol Test
- Pass a Criminal Check
