Hours of work will be 28 hours weekly with a fortnightly payroll. You have to work six days a week with flexible hours as per the customer nature of business.

Pay rate: $23 - $24.00 per hour.

**Job duties for cleaners**:
You are required to provide effective and efficiently cleaning service delivery to the customers on site as advised by Manager Or Site Manager.

Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors.

Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and cleans carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed.

Disposing of trash from bins and containers dusting furniture and room accessories as needed.

Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces.

Cleaning sinks, basins, and toilets/ bathrooms.

Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.

Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.

Follow site security protocols at all times.

Complete site work within roasted hours.

Report to the manager when equipment needs repair/servicing.

Maintain an updated site key and card register.

Raise the cleaning issues and complaints to the Manager at the same time.

All incidents Or accidents must be reported within 24 hours to Manager/ Owner.

**Job Requirements-**

5+ Years of Commericial Experience
- Should have experience in cleaning, floor polishing, buffing, window cleaning, and carpet cleaning. These are preferred but not essential.

New Zealand Certificate in Cleaning (Level 2) is a MUST

A valid driver's license is required, and you must be able to drive a vehicle independently, without supervision. Since we have multiple sites, you will need your own vehicle for travel.
