We are currently looking for experienced ABM Instructors for an international opportunity.

**Your new role**:
As an ABM Instructor you will be responsible for training officer cadets:

- Preparing and reviewing courseware, test, examination instruments and material
- Preparing reports on performance and counselling cadets
- Maintaining records and contributing to timetable scheduling
- Providing an environment that encourages independent learning and a military ethos
- Providing feedback to improve service performance and responsiveness and identifying opportunities

About you

**As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have**:

- Military operational and training background as an ABM in an Air Defence environment
- Extensive experience as an ABM
- One instructional tour in a ABM School or Training Environment (preferably within last 10 years)
- Qualifications in ABM Instructional Techniques
