We are currently seeking reliable and full-time Excavator Drivers to join our team. Starting pay offered from $30 - $40 hourly will be fixed according to the skills and experience for 30- 60 hours a week. However, this will be reviewed periodically. Any overtime will be paid as per above payrate.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of related tasks, including:

- Operate excavators to dig foundations, trenches, and pits for building projects.
- Move and level soil, rock, and debris to prepare construction sites.
- Set up machines and change tools such as buckets and hammers as required.
- Follow safety procedures and stay alert to workers, structures, and services.
- Conduct daily checks, refuel, clean, and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup to keep the work area safe and tidy.
- Support foundation and slab works by backfilling and compacting soil after excavation.

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Minimum three years’ experience operating excavators or other earthmoving machinery such as dozers or loaders.
- Familiarity with machine setup, attachments, and routine maintenance.
- Strong understanding of worksite safety, including machinery operation near other workers and utilities.
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments under varying conditions.
- Must be available to work early mornings and weekends (based on work arrangement).
- Pre-employed drug test and police check is required.
