**The hours and days for this Online Manager position are Sunday to Thursday 07:00-16:30
**We have been providing our customers with online shopping for over 25 years Join the team and be part of continuous growth. In your role as an Online Manager you can expect to be**:

- Training and developing your energetic and fast paced team
- Ensuring all compliance requirements within your team and department are met and recorded correctly
- Setting weekly goals for the Online team and achieving productivity targets
- Completing a roster to cover all online shopping orders to ensure A Class service for our online customers

**In this role we are looking for our new leader to have**:

- A customer first approach and passion for people
- Have strong leadership skills to train and develop your team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in various stakeholders in and out of the store
- Have excellent prioritization skills which will enable you to manage your workload
