**Role Description**:
Identimark is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support senior management. As their Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication and sales coordination between executives, departments, and sales led business owners. Your exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of their day-to-day operations.

The Role
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Work alongside Business Owners as their righthand person and sales support.
- Organise travel, client appointments, diaries, tasks and sales quotes.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Research new sales leads and be proactive in managing the executive's sales pipeline.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate/ sales environment.
- An energy and passion for what you do, down-to-earth and professional.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong computer skills for CRM management, processing of orders, using database info and analytics for report generation.
- Great listening skills and ability to build relationships with clients/customers.
- Great customer service and robust personality to deal with B2B clients
- A happy and helpful approach and be a team player.
