We are currently looking for an enthusiastic New Zealand registered MIT to join our CT and general x-ray team. Ideally, we are looking for someone with CT experience, however we would consider training the right person.

Te Whatu Ora - Whanganui Radiology department is a friendly team with a great working environment focused on improving patient care. We have one Siemens CT scanner on which we perform a large variety of examinations including Trauma, angiography, colonography, cardiac, oncology and community work. The general department is currently in the process of being upgraded to DR with the new fluoroscopy room scheduled to go live in early December.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced fun supportive environment where you are encouraged to work independently as well as in a team, this could be the job for you.

The role currently requires some shift work and call in the evenings and weekends.
