**Laboratory Technician - Food Industry**

We’re on the lookout for an experienced **Lab Technician** with a background in **potato quality testing** to join a leading food processing team. You’ll play a key role in monitoring potato quality and product integrity throughout the production process — from raw intake through to finished product.

**About the Role**:

- Conduct physical and chemical tests on raw and processed potatoes
- Monitor product quality during production runs
- Record and report data to support food safety and compliance
- Calibrate, clean, and maintain lab equipment
- Assist with traceability, non-conformance investigations, and audits

**You’ll Bring**:

- Previous lab experience in a potato processing or similar food production environment
- Understanding of quality metrics like dry matter, sugar levels, defects, and fry tests
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and follow established protocols
- Flexibility to work across shifts if required
