- The role is based at Te Toka Tumai - Auckland City Hospital

**About the Role**

As the Neurosurgical MDM Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of Multidisciplinary Meetings (MDMs), where neurosurgeons, neurologists, radiologists, pathologists, oncologists, nurses, and allied health professionals come together to review complex cases, determine diagnoses, and develop optimal patient management plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and prioritising cases for discussion
- Managing meeting logistics and documentation
- Ensuring accurate recording of outcomes and action points
- Maintaining clinical databases to support audit, research, and quality improvement
- Coordinating Mortality and Morbidity (M&M) meetings, including case selection and attendance

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- **4+ years’ experience** in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Experience with **clinical database management**
- A proven ability to support clinical teams and coordinate complex meetings
- A people person with a can-do attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of professional groups in a multidisciplinary setting
- Effective time management, flexibility, prioritisation and organisation skills
