**ABOUT THE ROLE**

If the business requires, this role is expected to carry out other maintenance/construction labouring duties from time to time outside the specialised scope of the Maintenance patrol person.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience working in a maintenance role is beneficial
- STMS or TC Level 1 is an advantage
- Be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors
- Strong commitment to all Health and Safety practices

No formal qualifications are required, but basic handyman/maintenance skills are a definite advantage. As this is a physical, manual role, you will need to be physically fit - the job requires digging, heavy lifting, and prolonged periods of walking, standing and bending.

There is a strong focus on meeting client expectations and providing high levels of customer service. You will need to have good communication skills, and a desire to go the extra mile.
