**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to maintain the grounds and facilities.
- Perform a variety of tasks, including grass cutting, edging, weeding, hedge trimming, and general gardening.
- **Event Setup**: Help prepare the facility and grounds for events.
- Keep the grounds safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Operate and maintain equipment, including quad bikes and ride-on mowers.

**Requirements**:

- **Mechanical Know-How**: You should be comfortable using and maintaining equipment.
- **Hands-On Attitude**: Roll up your sleeves and get involved in mowing lawns, planting, and other physical tasks.
- **Driver's License**: A full driving license is essential.
- **Team Player**: Work well with others to achieve our goals.
- **Customer-Focused**: Interact with facility users and represent us positively.
