**Araaya Limited** is operating a busy and well-established gas station. We are committed to providing friendly, efficient service and a clean, safe environment for our customers. We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cashier to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve customers at the point of sale in a courteous and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers and EFTPOS terminals to process fuel, food, and convenience store purchases.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Monitor fuel pumps and assist customers with inquiries related to fueling and payment.
- Restock shelves, fridges, and displays, ensuring items are well-presented and within expiry dates.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, counter area, and forecourt.
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Follow all safety procedures related to fuel handling and site security.
- Report any incidents, suspicious activity, or equipment faults to the store manager.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold excellent customer service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant customer service experience will be highly preferred but not mandatory
- Willing to work on a 24-hour rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts as required.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Good time management and reliability for shift work, including weekends and evenings.
- Physical ability to perform light lifting and remain on your feet during shifts.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.50 - $26.00 per hour
