**Position**

The purpose of this position is to offer and ensure personalized and professional customer service through the Valet service. This is the first interaction that people have with the organization and therefore a very customer-focused role. Responsibilities include ensuring the security of vehicles and belongings, payment processing, customer service ensuring that all queries and concerns are addressed, ensuring the team works seamlessly to provide the best valet service, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to identify implemented improvement opportunities for the valet service. In a collaborative position, you will be part of a high-functioning valet team. You will be an essential part of this wider team being a champion for customer service.
