We are looking for an exceptional Village Assistant to join our team at our** Hastings** Village. This is a permanent part time position to assist in providing village cover, reporting directly to the Village Manager. Our Village Assistant is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families. The Village Assistant role provides great diversity, therefore you would provide a degree of both operational and administrative cover on **Sundays 8am to 5pm**. This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for all Village related matters whilst on duty. This is accomplished within the context of ensuring that the residents feel supported and secure, and enjoy living within Summerset's Villages. **Additional Information** The safety of our residents and staff is important to us.
