**Mō te tūnga | About the role**
As a Machine Operator/Process Worker, you will play a pivotal role in our production environment, embracing a diverse range of responsibilities to support various aspects of our operations. Your key tasks will include:

- **Machine Control and Quality Assurance - **Monitor and regulate machinery operations, ensuring products are produced under optimal conditions.
- ** Machine Operation and Maintenance - **Operate and maintain machines, while also conducting inspections and packaging finished products in accordance with specifications.
- ** Quality Monitoring - **Verify the quality of prepared products at specific production intervals. Accurately document results and promptly report any deviations or issues to your supervisor.
- ** Reporting and Communication - **Maintain effective communication by promptly reporting any damages, errors, or irregularities to your immediate supervisor.
- ** Sanitization - **Ensure a hygienic work environment by actively participating in the cleaning and sterilization of the plant processing area.
- ** Machine Ownership - **Take ownership of the machine you operate, demonstrating accountability for its performance and maintenance.
- ** Process Adherence - **Execute tasks in alignment with company processes, procedures, and Risk Management Procedures (RMP).

**Mōu | About you**
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

- **Meat Industry Experience - **Prior experience in the meat industry is highly advantageous.
- ** Raw Materials - **Feel comfortable working in a meat factory environment and handling raw animal materials.
- ** Physical Aptitude - **Exhibit physical fitness for tasks involving heavy lifting, up to 25kg.
- ** Fast-Paced Environment - **Adapt to a fast-paced work setting without compromising on quality.
- ** Work Ethics - **Display disciplined, punctual, and dedicated work habits.
- ** Team Spirit - **Demonstrate enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a team-player mindset.
