We are on the search for a Civil Construction Supervisor to join our existing Construction Management Team. This fun, fast paced role will see you managing multiple crews across multiple sites - And you get the bonus of working in a pretty epic team

**About Taggart**:
Taggart Earthmoving ltd is a family-owned business that started in 1953; in the past 70 years, we have been part of many large projects in and around Canterbury and the wider South Island. We specialise in large scale earthworks projects, site works, drainage, demolition, heavy haulage and shingle processing and sales. Here at Taggart we take pride in our work, because of this we are known for many awards and high quality workmanship with any project we take on.

**About you**:

- You are a natural leader with a strong people focus.
- You can find your way around a computer to assist with project admin.
- Project management skillsets (not essential).
- Ability to work with other team leaders and supervisors
- 'Team Work Makes Dream Work'
- Communication skills.... Communication is a walk in the park for you.
- Ability to look at a job spec and resource it with the right people and plant.
- You are easily approachable, people focused and just generally awesome
- You are able to take our core values and incorporate them into your team culture

**To be successful in this role, you will ideally have**:

- Experience working in, and leading Civil Construction Projects
- Experience managing teams
- A clean drivers license
- An eagerness to continue to learn and develop
- High personal standards and a positive attitude towards health and safety
