We are currently seeking a qualified or equally experienced Butcher to be part of the team at Brookfield New World This is a full time, permanent role. Your tasks will include: - correctly & efficiently preparing meat products for sale - ensuring that all meat displayed is well presented, wrapped and labelled - ensuring meat cases are appropriately stocked - assisting with customer enquiries - ensuring food safety and compliance procedures are followed What are we looking for: - Must be qualified or have the years of equivalent experience in butchery - Reliable, honest and be a good team player - An excellent communicator - Someone who takes pride in their work - A "can do attitude" At Brookfield New World we are committed to innovation and providing our customers with quality fresh food at great value for money along with excellent customer service.
