**Key Responsibilities**:
- Test surfacing materials such as asphalt, chipseal and processes.
- Conduct field and lab tests.
- Report test results and feedback.
- Collaborate with engineers.
- measure sites
- conduct tool box meetings
- complete progress payment claims
- submit QA to clients
- organize site works and crews
- miscellaneous tasks to assist project managers
**About you**:
- Basic understanding of quality assurance.
- Attention to detail.
- Hunger to learn.
- A degree or diploma in a related field is a plus.
- Must be a team player, (I.e. willing to muck in and get the job done) with a positive can-do attitude and good communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed
