It is what drives us to deliver our refreshingly different person-first commitment to care. **That’s why we are seeking like-minded Caregivers to join our Care Homes across Waikato Region - Eventhorpe, Foxbridge, Liston Heights, Rossendale, St Andrews, St Kilda, Tararu and The Booms.** You will help us rise to the challenges of enriching the lives of society’s most vulnerable.
As a Caregiver at Bupa, you will work under the guidance and supervision of qualified nursing staff and management, to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will be encouraged to develop deeper relationships with residents and their families, delivering the highest quality person first care to residents in line with their individual care plan.
**Where you will make an impact**:
- Provide personal care assistance with daily living, whilst treating residents with respect and dignity
- Demonstrate your understanding of tikanga Māori to engage and support our whānau.
- Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
- Maintain accurate health care documentation as required
- Encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities
- Contribute to the development of a positive, safe, home environment for residents, visitors, and the wider team
**What about you**:
- A relevant NZQA Level 4 or higher qualification and/or 2 years or more relevant work experience.
- Have a good command of the English Language.
- Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, dedication to care, and passion for enriching the lives of the elderly
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.

- $30.03 per hour depending on skills, experience, qualifications and other Visa requirements. This is a Permanent role with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
