At New World Victoria Park, we are out here trying to provide a sweet experience to make life easier for the customer. And now, we are looking to fill ONE full-time permanent Online Shopping Assistant vacancy within our store.

**Saturday-Wednesday 4am-12:30pm**

**The Roles**:

- The Online Shopping Assistant is the store’s brand ambassador and is required to accurately pick, pack, and process an online customer’s order accurately and efficiently, by adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and best practice guidelines.
- Load and unload deliveries/orders efficiently by adhering to (SOP'S).
- Ensure housekeeping/cleaning responsibilities and schedules for Staging Area, Online equipment and Vehicles.
- Adhere to the food safety, health & safety and compliance policies and guidelines for Online and the store.
- Assist in ensuring other departments meet their Online responsibilities.
- Contribute to continual improvements and initiatives to help improve the overall quality of the Online shopping experience.

- The hours for these roles include early morning starts, and weekend shifts, **so to be considered you must be flexible with hours and days.**:

- Successful applicants must have impeccable personal presentation standards and excellent communication skills.

- Physically fit and healthy.
