Lawyer - Commercial

We are seeking a skilled and motivated lawyer with a passion for commercial law to work on a diverse range of engaging projects for a firm located in Hamilton.

You will:

- Handle a variety of commercial and commercial property matters, including drafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements for businesses and properties.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on contract drafting, negotiation, and interpretation.
- Work with a range of clients, including individuals, small to medium-sized businesses, and some international entities.
- Play a vital role in supporting the firm's values-driven, collegial culture.

You’ll need:

- 3+ years of post-qualification experience ideally in commercial law.
- Proven expertise in drafting contracts and navigating commercial transactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create tailored engagement with your clients.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
