Ko tōu ake mahi - What You'll Do
As our Senior Policy Advisor, you will contribute to the development and delivery of quality policy advice to improve health outcomes for New Zealanders. You will play a key role within a complex and challenging policy space, working with stakeholders to provide robust policy advice. A key focus for the first 12 months will be to continue the development, consultation and finalisation of the National Quarantine Capability Strategy and you will work closely with the Principal Advisor to lead relevant strategy and policy projects.

Ko ngā pukenga ōu - What You'll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in a health or relevant field and/or equivalent experience
- A thorough understanding of public health policy and the machinery of government, with a demonstrated knowledge of political administrative processes and structures
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles
